1) Select the object to export.
2) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save As/Export...'. (The Save As... dialog box appears.)
3) Select the 'To an external File or Database' radio button.

4) Click 'OK'. (The Save <object type><object name> dialog box appears, where <object type> is Table, Query, Form, Report, Macro, or Module, and <object name> is the name of the object.)
5) Select the desired folder from the 'Look in' drop-down list box.
6) Select the file or database to which to save the object from the 'Look in' list box.

8) Type a name for the object in the new file or database in the 'Export <object name> to' box, where <object name> is the name of the original object.
